For on-hand items, we generally ship 1-2 days from the receipt of your order.
For made to order items, it depends on the item and quantity you ordered. We generally ship 1-2 weeks from the receipt of approved artwork.
All merchandise is shipped via available couriers such as Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy and Transportify within NCR and Rizal areas.
For provincial, we use AP Cargo, Rosam, Solid Shipping, Cebu Pacific and LBC. Should you wish other couriers, please feel free to notify us so that we can arrange it for you. Kindly advise us if you prefer air or sea freight.
All Shipping Fees will be shouldered by the client.
We cannot guarantee the reliability of any shipping method specially for provincial addresses since we do not control any of the couriers. Thinkerbox guarantees to ship on time using the most appropriate shipping courier to meet your deadline. Should a problem arise, we can take care of coordinating with the chosen courier to oversee proper delivery of your items.
